George Wimpey UK Ltd v VI Components Ltd [2005] EWCA 77

Readers will recall that in (2004) 18 Commercial Leases 918 we reported on George Wimpey UK Ltd v VI Components Ltd [2004] EWHC 1374, a case concerning the rectification of a contract for the sale of land. The contract contained complex provisions and formulae for ascertaining adjustments to the price ultimately to be paid by the purchaser, George Wimpey.
