Business lease - forfeiture - waiver

Olufemi Osibanjo and anor v Seahive Investments Ltd [2008] EWCA Civ 1282

Despite the current economic climate there will still be occasions when a landlord will want to forfeit a lease. Landlords and their professional advisers must be aware of the danger of inadvertently waiving the right to forfeit. We highlight this Court of Appeal decision on the subject to raise awareness of the dangers.
