In Westwood Structural Services Ltd v Blyth Wood Park Management Company Ltd [2008] EWHC 3138 (TCC), [2009] All ER (D) 80 (Jan) Mr Justice Coulson held that the claimant was entitled to summary judgment to enforce a decision of an adjudicator. He held that the adjudicator had decided that a sum was due from the defendants to the claimants and that the parties were bound by that decision. The decision made by the adjudicator was one which was within his jurisdiction.
