Practice Direction (Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings) [2008 All ER (D) 118 (Nov)]

The new Order, which came into force on 25 November, and its supplementary practice direction of 3 November, make provision for the allocation and transfer of proceedings between courts in the family jurisdiction namely the High Court, county courts, and the magistrates’ Family Proceedings Courts (FPCs).
