Henry Brothers (Magherafelt) Ltd and Ors v Department of Education for Northern Ireland [No 2]

In the October edition we highlighted three cases from Northern Ireland, which considered the grounds upon which injunctive relief may be granted for breaches of the European procurement rules. Two of these cases have now proceeded to full trial and the courts have considered the procurement methods adopted by the public authorities in more detail. As we did in October we have not reported these cases in full but instead highlighted the key parts of each decision.
