Royal Navy hopeful of anti-piracy laws

THE INSURANCE industry has welcomed speculation suggesting Queen Elizabeth II (pictured) will comment on legislation that would give the Royal Navy power to board, search, detain and possibly even arrest people onboard ships that belong to another flag state in her Christmas Speech, writes Christopher Munro.
