Endurance boosts non-US underwriting teams

Bermudian insurer and reinsurer Endurance Specialty Holdings has made several underwriting appointments in its international reinsurance operations serving non-US clients. Laurent Beauregard and Patrizio Amedeo Cassinis have been named senior account underwriters at Endurance’s Zurich office. Mr Beauregard will manage accounts in Continental Europe where he will focus on French-speaking markets and Mr Cassinis will focus on Southern European markets. Both join Endurance from Converium. In addition, Tim Griffiths has joined Endurance as senior underwriter in Zurich having previously worked at Guy Carpenter. Gareth Christopher, reinsurance pricing actuary in Endurance’s London office, will transfer to Zurich. In Singapore, Kevin Quek and Christian Ladoux have been named senior account underwriters and Pierre Balthazard will join in October as senior reinsurance pricing actuary for Asia-Pacific.
