McClintock v Department of Constitutional Affairs EAT TLR 5 December

The claimant was a justice of the peace who resigned from the family panel after his request not to sit on same-sex adoption cases was refused. He claimed under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations direct and indirect discrimination and harassment against the Department of Constitutional Affairs.
