Small claims
The European Ministers of Justice have agreed a small claims procedure to operate in all 25 Member States applying to civil
matters involving faulty goods and services, personal injury claims, damage to property and debts. There is as yet no agreement
as to the amount that can be claimed or the timescale for the introduction of the scheme.
