Litigation Letter

Requests for transcripts

Each court has a list of approved transcribers. Should a party to proceedings or any other person require a transcript, the court should supply a copy of the latest approved list and a Tape Transcription Request (form EX 107) free of charge and without delay. The party should complete the request form fully and send it to the court giving details of the passage to be transcribed and ask that the tape(s) be released to the transcriber.
