Credit Hire Appeal

Although the most recent credit hire case, Clark v Ardington Electrical Services, has a listing window in the Court of Appeal between 2 June to 31 October 2002, the hearing has been expedited of the court’s own motion, and will now be heard as early as possible in the Hilary term. Following the late withdrawal of similar cases, the court has actively sought, so far as it can, to progress such an appeal to a final resolution.
