Raja v Lloyds TSB Bank Plc (Ch D TLR 16 May)

The claimant alleged that the defendant, the mortgagee of his properties, had sold them at an undervalue and that his claim was not statute-barred because such claims arise from charges entered into by deed and therefore had the benefit of the 12-year limitation period by operation of s8 of the Limitation Act 1980.
