Rates Increased
Remuneration rates for civil legal help (formerly legal advice and assistance) are to increase from 1 July for work in public
law cases, actions against the police, immigration, mental health, community care and education from £48.25 to £52.11 in London
and from £45.50 to £47.78 elsewhere.
