Raising a New Point

DnB Mortgages Ltd v Bullock & Lees (a Firm) (CA TLR 24 March)

A new point should not be admitted on an appeal unless the court is satisfied that the evidence on which it is asked to decide established beyond doubt that the facts, if fully investigated, would have supported the new plea.
