Is the Period Three Years or Six for Permitting Uninsured Driving?

Norman v Ali and Another; Norman v Aziz (CA LSG 13 January)

The claimant obtained a declaration that the limitation period for her claim against the owner of the vehicle by which she was injured for causing or permitting it to be driven uninsured was six years, on the grounds that the owner of the vehicle who permitted its use uninsured did not cause personal injury but had created a situation in which the injured person could not obtain damages.
