Care Order Cannot Restrain Local Authority from Permitting Contact

In Re W (A Minor) (Parent Contact: Prohibition) (CA LSG 20 January)

The mother wanted an order for defined contact with a child in care, the local authority wished contact be left at their discretion whilst the guardian ad litem sought an order prohibiting any exercise of the authority’s discretion to permit staying contact.
