Belfast"-Reply by buyer: "Send [potatoes] next steamer"-Sale confirmed by seller "for shipment by the next steamer"-Next steamer due to leave on the next Saturday-Potatoes not shipped until following Tuesday-Rejection by buyer-Right to reject-Claim by seller for price-Sale of Goods Act, 1893, Sect. 11 (1) (b)-Decision of learned County Court Judge that buyer was not entitled to reject.
