I (xvi)-Similar legislation in United States-Vesting of insurers' property-Claim by Alien Property Custodian for the United States against the Administrator of German Property in England to recover insurers' portion of sum recovered-Bills of lading and subrogation letters in custody of Alien Property Custodian- Effect of subrogation-Whether the interest of insurers in the right of action against the shipowners was at the date of the seizure by the Alien Property Custodian within the U.S.A.
