The vessel Westport Clipper was charterered on a tanker voyage charter for the carriage of a part cargo of 5,250 metric tons of crude degummed soyabean oil from St. Rose, Louisiana to one safe berth, Chittagong, Bangladesh. The charterparty provided as follows:
