Ermis
was chartered under a Mediterranean C-Ore-7 voyage charterparty for the carriage of a part cargo of 5,400 tonnes of bauxite
in bulk from one safe berth Xingang to the Mississippi. The charter provided for Customary Quick Despatch loading terms, and
the freight terms were “FIO Spout Trimmed”.
