Voyage charterparty - Whether Bangkok and Kosichang to be treated as two ports or one

The charterparty provided that the vessel should load Bangkok completing Kosichang. The owners contended that this meant that the two places should be treated as one port, and time should commence to count at Kosichang immediately after the vessel had anchored safely. They relied on the charterparty to the effect that it was a shifting within the same port. The charterers argued that Bangkok and Kosichang were to be treated as two distinct ports, and that turn time therefore applied at each loading place. Clause 19 of the charterparty provided:
