War risk additional insurance rates were not to exceed rates charged by Lloyd’s of London Underwriters - Whether additional was risk insurance obtained by shipowners exceeded Lloyd’s rates

The vessel Ingenious was chartered on the N.Y.P.E. form. Between 18 January 1990 and 1 March 1990 the vessel traded in areas in the Arabian Gulf which were additional war risk insurance premium areas. The shipowners purchased additional war risk coverage through their broker, Jardine Insurance Brokers. The insuring syndicate was led by T.R. Mountain (“Mountain”), a Lloyd’s Underwriter.
