Loading port closed for certain periods due to heavy swell - Whether laytime continued to run during periods of closure

The vessel was chartered on the Norgrain form. She arrived at Chimbote, Peru, to load cargo on 19 June. The port had been closed on 15 June because of heavy swell, and three vessels were already waiting at the anchorage. The port opened at 09 00 on 20 June and the other three vessels went to their berths. The port again closed due to heavy swell between 07 00 on 29 June.
