Geogas A.S. v. Trammo Gas Ltd. (The Baleares) - House of Lords (Lord Bridge, Lord Brandon, Lord Griffiths, Lord Jauncey and Lord Lowry) - 18 July 1991

No appeal to House of Lords under Arbitration Act 1979 where Court of Appeal refuses leave

This appeal arose out of a dispute between the owners and charterers of the Baleares . Those claims were adjudicated upon by three arbitrators who on 9 February 1989 unanimously awarded damages to the charterers.
