Aviation insurance - Construction of standard hijacking exclusion clause

On 2 October 1990 a Boeing 737 aircraft was hijacked in the course of a flight from Xiamen to Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou. When the aircraft eventually landed at Baiyun Airport it collided with a Boeing 707 and a Boeing 757 which were parked on an apron. All three aircraft were destroyed and heavy casualties were suffered.
