Contract for sale of “Littlebrook” oil - Whether buyers entitled to reject nomination of vessel

On 16 October 1987 Vitol contracted to sell 20,000/25,000 tonnes in sellers option of EEC qualified high sulphur fuel oil complying with the “Littlebrook” specification to Phibro for delivery “c.i.f. one safe port basis Littlebrook during the period 1st - 15th November 1987)” at a price of U.S.$103 per tonne.
