International carriage of goods by air - Whether goods owner can sue for damages

The issue in this case was whether the owner of goods damaged by a carrier under the Carriage by Air Act 1961 and the Warsaw Convention has a right of action against the carrier or whether the right of action was limited to the consignor and consignee.
