Elmarina Inc., the shipowners, and Lloyd Brasileiro (“Lloyd”), the time-charterers, applied to the court to consolidate certain
arbitrations. Comexas N.V., the cargo insurer, and Koninklijke Bunge (“Bunge”), the cargo owner, opposed the application.
