Salvage arbitration under Lloyd’s Open Form - Interim award for payment on account

In December 1985 the claimant contractors provided salvage services to the respondents under Lloyd’s Standard Form 1980 (“LOF”). An arbitration had been fixed for April 1987 but in March 1987 the respondents applied for an adjournment consequent upon a change of solicitors.
