Whether injunction on bunkers should be lifted to enable vessel to continue trading

The vessel Pitsa T was time-chartered by the defendants who voyage-chartered her to the plaintiffs. A dispute arose between the defendants and the shipowners in connection with the non-payment of hire. The plaintiffs agreed to disburse various sums on behalf of the defendants to enable the voyage to proceed.
