The Aramis - Q.B.D. (Com.Ct.) (Evans J.) - 12 February 1987

Whether bill of lading holders without property in the goods entitled to recover damages for short-delivery/non-delivery

By two bills of lading numbers 5 and 6 dated 17 May 1980 the defendants acknowledged shipments on board their vessel Aramis of two parcels forming part of a bulk cargo of Argentine Linseed Expellers. The parcels were for discharge and delivery at Rotterdam.
