Estoppel - Whether sufficient prejudice shown

The plaintiffs (“McGregor”) were a firm of marine consultants, engineers and designers and naval architects. The first defendants (the “Board”) were a statutory corporation. The second defendants (“SUKL”) were a wholly owned subsidiary of the Board and the third defendants (“SHL”) were a wholly owned subsidiary of SUKL.
