Delay in berthing caused by bad weather - Laura Prima decision followed

The vessel was chartered on the Asbatankvoy form. A dispute arose in connection with demurrage at the loading port. The charterers contended that as bad weather had closed the port, either the vessel was not at customary anchorage because she was cruising off the port and so could not give valid notice or alternatively that, relying on the last sentence of clause 6, part 2:
