Arbitration panel remains in office to resolve future disputes under affreightment contract
By a maritime contract of affreightment dated 23 June 1983 Overseas Shipping & Logistics (OSL) agreed to furnish a series
of cargoes of polyethylene pipe in bundles for carriage in vessels to be supplied by Proodos from Houston to Richards Bay.
The cargo was to be moved in three or four shipments, the first shipment taking place in July 1983 and the last by 28 February
