Sub-charterparty cancelled after vessel ordered to be sold by Admiralty Marshal - Ownership of bunkers

The vessel Span Terza was arrested on 18 November 1981. An order for appraisal and sale was made on 16 December 1981 with all questions as to priorities being reserved. This was an application by interveners for a declaration that they were the owners of the bunkers on board the Span Terza and for an order that the amount realised upon the sale of the bunkers by the Admiralty Marshal be paid to them after the deduction of the Admiralty Marshal’s charges.
