Buyer under f.o.b. contract bears risk of delay to carrying vessel at port of loading

Agricultores and Bunge agreed to sell a quantity of maize f.o.b. to Miserocchi. The maize was to be shipped in various parcels at two Argentinian ports between certain dates in 1978. There were three separate contracts, the material provisions of which were:
