The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by P.G. Wellfair Ltd., builders of flats in London, from an order of Mr. Justice Ackner. This concerned proceedings brought by Annie Fox and purchasers of the flats, and Philip and Ethel Fisher, leasehold owners of one flat. The trial judge had ordered that the arbitrator should be removed, that his award should be set aside, and another arbitrator appointed.
