China takes further steps to reform

THE Chinese State Authority (CSA), China’s cabinet, has unveiled a series of suggested reforms for its insurance industry.
It is the first official document from the Chinese central government relating specifically to the insurance industry, according
to Chinese media reports, and is being heralded as potentially playing a key role in the emergence of the Chinese market on
the international insurance stage.
