Laytime - Charterparty providing for discharge per weather working day - Addendum providing for discharge at floating terminal at safe anchorage with time to count if master considered it unsafe to continue discharge - Bad weather interrupting discharge - Whether laytime counted

The charterparty anticipated the discharging of the cargo of ore at Qingdao, in port; but during the laden voyage from Brazil the parties agreed an addendum giving the charterers the option to discharge at a floating terminal at a safe anchorage, in other words, to lighten. And at some point, the charterers ordered the ship to Yantai, and the owners accepted those orders.
