The applicant carried on the business of commercial fishing and owned the fishing vessel Atlantic Pride. On 7 May 2001 the
applicant purchased a sonar from the respondent supplier of electronic equipment, the purchase price being payable by way
of 36 instalments. Pending the payment of the full purchase price the respondent remained the owner of the sonar.
