Legal wrangle means Artemis case will linger

JUST as the Executive Life case seemed to finally be coming to an end, after over six years of legal proceedings, it now appears that the decision last week by the Los Angeles jury to grant punitive damages against Artemis, French billionaire François Pinault's holding company, could be reversed under California law.
