Time charter trip - Whether vessel off-hire during period of arrest - Whether failure of vessel to pass hold inspection entitled charterers to withhold hire for period between delivery of vessel under time charter and failure of hold inspection

The vessel was chartered on an amended NYPE form for one time charter trip from the west coast of Canada/United States to Singapore/Japan. The vessel was delivered to the charterers at a Canadian pilot station at 1900 hours on 22 November in readiness to load a mixed cargo of rapeseed and flax seed in bulk.
