Admiralty practice - Owner of arrested vessel removing equipment - Whether plaintiff entitled to a show cause order as to whether owner in contempt of court

The plaintiff had the defendant dredge Sandpiper VI arrested. The plaintiff sought an order of contempt, and applied for a show cause order. He complained that part of the vessel's equipment, the floating dredging spoils pipeline, had been rented out by one or other of the defendants, and moved so that it might be used by a third party.
