‘Brave new world’ event promises healthy debate

THIS year’s Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) conference in Birmingham represents the last major UK conference prior to the industry coming under the regulatory control of the Financial Services Authority (FSA). It is perhaps fitting that the theme for this year’s conference, which begins today, is "A brave new world", with the emphasis very much on looking forward to the future.
