The plaintiff charterers sought to overturn part of the order of Prothonotary Hargrave dated 5 November 1999 in which he had awarded costs against the plaintiffs 'as interim protection' following a successful application by the plaintiffs for a stay of proceedings (see LMLN 528 - 3 February 2000).
