Charterparty providing for carriage of part cargo of wheat to one safe berth - Vessel gave notice of readiness on arrival at berth but thereafter shifted to second berth prior to discharging wheat cargo - Charterers contending that vessel was not at their disposal until arrival at second berth - Whether notice of readiness valid

The vessel was chartered on an amended Synacomex form for the carriage of a part cargo of wheat in bulk to “1 Safe Berth” [named port], at a berth equipped with grabs suitable for discharging bulk wheat and there discharge cargo”.
