HAS 2003 been a good year for the London market and technology? One thing is for sure that the business side of the market has been a never-ending story of happy-looking brokers and (presumably) the equivalent underwriters. One hopes the clients have also felt well served. There is no doubt that Lloyd’s and London is booming.
