Unispeed Group Inc (“Unispeed”) for the transportation of a cargo of 1486 metric tons/2314 cubic metres of telephone poles
from Quebec to Casablanca at a rate of 85 Dutch Marks per cubic meter. In turn, the plaintiff committed at a fixed price with
the consignee.
