Time charter providing that vessel should be inspected by owners/charterers and Port-Captaincy prior to delivery -Owners complaining of inordinate amount of time taken by charterers to carry out inspection - Whether charterers in breach of charter

The owners claimed time charter hire or damages equivalent to hire, together with bunkers, arising out of the alleged inordinate amount of time taken by the charterers to carry out an inspection at the commencement of the charterparty.
