Lloyd's restricts Goshawk syndicate

LLOYD'S has ordered Goshawk to cease accepting new business on syndicate 102. Goshawk was looking at ways to capitalise or sell the troubled syndicate but Lloyd's, in conjunction with the UK regulator, has taken action and placed the syndicate into run-off. The firm will now concentrate on its Bermudian reinsurer, which continues to trade unaffected.
